Tomiko will start recording her new album, ‘The Black Diamond Album’, September 17th 2016 with Tom Stober, Jeff Stone & Dave Moll.

WTTW in South Bend Indiana has offered & approved Tomiko to start her own entertainment Show produced by herself & Dave Moll. They will start filming their pilots early 2017.


Tomiko will be attending the Grammy Awards in LA on February 12th 2017 at the Staple Center.


Tomiko Dixon demonstrates that her grandfather’s musical legacy is in safe hands. This powerhouse of a blues woman, She delivered an explosive arrangement that set the stage alight. It makes no doubt about it Tomiko has inherited her grandfather’s genes. She well deserves the title of “The Grand-Daughter of the Blues”
The blues world has opened its arms to embrace this lovely young lady, adopting her to carry on the legacy of her late grandfather Willie Dixon.
Tomiko’s career began in 2009 when she began working with producers & bands. In 2010 she successfully launched herself as an artist and founded her own Publishing Company ‘Grand Blues Music’.
Following her auspicious start Tomiko has worked tirelessly to support others in the music world. A familiar figure on the Chicago scene she is a volunteer at the city’s Light House for the Blind. Ever the workhorse  in early 2016 Tomiko Dixon & her Company Grand Blues Music partnered with Jay B. Ross & Ass. (Entertainment Law Firm).

Tomiko is also founder of ‘ The Grand Blues Music & Heritage Awards created in 2015 to honour the world’s mover & shakers.
Tomiko is an official Grammy Voting Member of The Recording Academy & an active Member of the Blues Foundation & she is also involved in several other businesses & companies: The R&B Hall of Fame Museum, Penny Road Pub, The Holiday Inn Suites, The Chicago Music Awards & The Chicago lighthouse of the Blind (Cris Radio), Helen Wooten`s Toi-nik Records.
